Can different branches use different check-in methods?
Yes. Each branch has its own office hours and check-in method, for example a QR code at one site, a biometric device at another and the mobile app for field staff.
Does the app track employees all day?
No. Location is only read when someone checks in or out, and only if the company has switched location on for that account. The app does not track anyone in the background.
Can we connect our existing fingerprint or face devices?
The portal can connect biometric devices, and their records land in the same attendance log as everything else. Tell us which model you use and we will confirm it during your demo.
Can HR export attendance for payroll or audits?
Yes. Open the log for any employee and export attendance to Excel or PDF.
