Will the amounts always match the official tables?
Rates, ceilings and reliefs are settings your HR team reviews and confirms before payroll will run. PCB is an estimate by the LHDN computerised method, so compare it with LHDN’s calculator, especially for the first run.
What do we do when a rate or relief changes?
They are editable settings, so a change in the schedule is a settings update by your HR team, not a software update.
What can we download for filing?
The bank file, the EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB listings and the payroll register from the same run, and the annual EA statement for each employee.
Can a payslip be changed after it is approved?
Not quietly. A locked payslip cannot change. To re-open it, a reason is required and the action is logged.
Do employees get their own payslip?
Yes. They read and download it in the mobile app.
