Employees, leave types, office hours, approvers and payroll are managed from the ALAiN HR web portal. The app shows each person only what their role allows.

Which phones does the app run on?
The ALAiN HR app is available for Android. The download button on this page will take you to the Google Play listing once it is live.
Does the app track my location all day?
No. Location is only read when you check in or out, and only if your company has switched it on for your account. The app does not track you in the background.
Who creates employee accounts?
Your HR team sets up employees, roles and approvers in the web portal. Every employee then signs in with their own account and can reset their own password.
Can supervisors approve from the app?
Yes. Anyone who approves for a team gets a Supervision area in the same app, with leave requests, claims, team activity and their team members.
Where do payslips appear?
Once payroll is paid, employees read their payslip in the app and can download earlier ones as PDF.
